New podcast This book is devoted to the discussion of Nir Eyal’s book “On the Hook” and her model of creating habits-forming products. Evgeny Sergeyev came to discuss the book (S0ER)He shared his experience of using the model in software development, discussing its ethical aspects and impact on users. In the conversation, we touched on the topics of behavioral triggers, the adaptation of products to user habits, as well as the evolution of technology, programming and the role of developers. Special attention was paid to the importance of feedback, user trust and integration of products into ecosystems.
