CTO Conf X and Teamlead Conf (Category Management)

I already am. beforehand I'm talking about the CTO Conf X conference that I'm on this summer. And the program committee is so organized that its participants review all applications for the conference and select the best reports. We already have order. 120 approximately 20 place, i.e. contest 6 toward 1Which is pretty solid. As a result, we have to raise quality requirements and try to find reports that will bring something new and interesting to our audience. And one of the criteria for me is the comparison with how the stated topic was previously disclosed at another Ontico conference, which has been going on for a long time, and where management topics and this conference "Teamlead Conf" were usually discussed. I have spoken at it several times myself, and I know many speakers and programme committee members, which is a worthy conference. Now imagine that I get an application to create the most performing team, which is motivated to achieve the result, and exactly what the business needs. It seems to sound good, but you can check out what was told at the Teamlead Conf conference about this, and then ask a potential speaker what he wants to add to what has already been told. Such a question immediately translates communication into the plane of specifics and you can start to speak not just for all the good against all the bad, but in fact:)

In general, I recommend the Teamlead Conf conference channel - there are many interesting talks there. Well, at the CTO conference and those who sympathize with them, we as a program committee will put together a bombshell program this year - we have enough potential speakers and good applications, but it seems that there are not enough seats for them, since half of the program is already assembled.
