Code of Leadership 5 Project Phoenix

Out. fifth-issue The Code of Leadership podcast, in which I discuss with guests books that are useful for IT executives. This time we are talking about the book “Project Phoenix”, which is written in the genre of a production novel and is similar to the book “Purpose”. ("Goal") or Critical Chain. ("Critical Chain") Goldratta. However, here the main actions take place not in the factory, but in the habitat of it’s employees inside the production company Parts Unlimited.

We are disassembling the book with Ivan Mikheev, who is a co-founder and CTO in the company Youtravel.me, the marketplace of author tours. Ivan successfully led both small teams and large departments at the 150+ human. One of his hobbies is traveling and discovering new corners of the world, which also inspires him in his professional activities.
