CTO Day Light by Yandex

Yesterday was an interesting party for technical directors from Yandex in the center of Moscow. The event turned out to be very interesting for me, as I managed to communicate with smart people and discuss interesting issues from half-joking to serious, for example. How to build end-to-end product development processes and what problems there may be How to build an organizational structure for business requirements and how to understand whether the structure is optimal for current requests What is a company’s culture and how it affects team interactions and processes

• How to approach the processes of architecture and design - here and about writing the design of docks, about the notation of modeling, about the description of the state architecture vs changes, about TLA + and not only Who are system analysts and what do they do in development teams?
• What does it look like to work in a European company vs Russian:)
• and so on.

In general, the event was top for me and the evening was great. In general, I like this format more than conferences - the density of cool specialists is high and you can always find an interesting interlocutor:)
