Engineering Productivity Report at MTS True Tech Day (Category Management)

Today, on the main stage of the conference from MTS, I will talk about developer productivity. This conference has an interesting slogan: "Science and Technology Code," which I liked. My talk will be partly experimental, because I will have to tell part of the report in stand-up format without slides. (They did not meet the deadline for sending them.).

Update: the guys managed to release all the slides and the story came out fully and without experiments. Respect for the MTS team!

I have a full version with all the visuals and transcripts in the form of an article in my blog. The plan of the presentation is approximately as follows: The importance of this issue How I propose to narrow the scope of consideration only by grocery companies and part delivery without discovery

  • What approaches were in the academic environment: DORA and Accelerate, SPACE, DevEx - abstracts with links to materials are available here
  • Like Bigtech, for example, Google uses the QUANTS approach - abstracts are available here What is on the market in the form of commercial platforms - theses and links here
  • Like we do in Tinkoff, here I'll talk about our T-Meter instrument. What are the implications of all this?

P.S. Since my report is not pitching a funding round for a startup, I decided to exclude the part about the impact of AI on developer productivity, which pulls on a separate report. (recently told VP of Product from GitHub)

P.P.S Get access to the broadcast can be so
