Tinkoff Day at MIPT

4 In December, I will visit Phystech for Tinkoff Day to tell students about modern approaches to software development. I wonder what years 20 I was in my second year at MIPT and I was thinking about where and how to work so that I could combine this with my studies. And now I can go back to the alma mater and talk about where and how you can become a cool SDE. (software development engineer). Specifically for the guys at the gym, I plan to tell you. What is the cross-functional team experience they will see if they join a company with their development processes set?

• How we organize development teams - here I will talk about the topology of teams, conventionally about stream-aligned teams and platform teams I will give examples of technological and business products and tell you where the complexity is. (distributed systems, high load, large trolley domain, ...)
• What the selection of SDEs from the market with experience looks like and what the selection for internships of students from universities looks like
• Talk about the choice of tools for tasks (tongue) The main point here is that the CS base is good. (computer science) It allows you to “program using a language, not in it”, and this is what you should strive for, as Steve McConnell said in his book Perfect Code. (Code Complete)about told earlier
