Everyone’s favorite book DDIA or just “boar” is already pretty outdated (first). Martin Kleppman started writing it. 10 years ago, and it was published in 2017 year. I told It was the first book before, and it was the doorway to a more interesting world of distributed and high-load systems. New book available As an early release on the O’Reilly platform, it already has its first 4 The chapters I've already swallowed

1. Trade-offs in Data Systems Architecture
2. Defining Nonfunctional Requirements
3. Data Models and Query Languages
4. Storage and Retrieval The book will be ready for next year. It is interesting to note that The content remained +/- the same, but slightly updated history and examples to include changes over the past 10 years Added co-author Chris Riccomini, who worked at PayPal, LinkedIn, WePay, created Apache Samza and SlateDB, and also wrote the book The Missing README

I recommend reading the book as you write it, it’s worth it. Over the weekend, these four chapters can be easily read:)
