I have read this book by Ilya Kuntsevich, which was published in 2015 year. I chose this book because I was drawn to the central idea that economics should be viewed as a closed system modeled by geometry rather than conventional linear mathematics. Ilya says that linear models do not cope with the description of the real economy and this was one of the causes of the crisis. 2008 years. As a result, the book deals with the basic concepts and tools of economics, analysis of the state of the world economy, criteria for economic growth and the distribution of material values, as well as the concept of fractals, which the author considers important for understanding the theory of economic equilibrium. Interestingly, one of the key ideas of the author is that the ideal scheme of the economy is a circle where people invest and get in return what they really earned. Well, all the books have triangles and inverted triangles, which are drawn in the same way, although the author talks about angles of inclination and instability. This is the deep geometric theory that has been disappointing:)

As a result, the book seemed to me to be interesting in some places, but with almost no theoretical basis, no special depth of geometric concept and no worthy illustrations of ideas. I won’t recommend it, but I enjoyed talking to the author in my head:)
