Just last year, I read Don Norman’s great book, Design of Common Things, which takes design much more broadly than usual.

This book is also about thinking, but rather about thinking right for those who design something: consumer products, customer services, processes or software. That’s why I wrote a short sammari on a book that also attracts attention, and today I decided to share this review with you.
