Evolutionary architecture in practice

Today I decided to think about my speech Two years ago about evolutionary architecture. As systems evolve, there is often a time when further development requires a lot of effort in refactoring team processes and system architecture. I've been through this more than once, and I've collected a set of symptoms, root causes of problems, and working methods to solve them. So I decided to talk about evolutionary architecture at the Tinkoff Agile Conference. 2021which took place in October 2021 years.
