Interesting information from the Hay News channel that I follow to keep up with AI news.

Here is interesting information about how large companies use AI in their processes and it turned out that everything is simple.

1. Customer Support/Service is a favorite chatbot.
2. Marketing/content generation - generation of marketing content, product recommendations (eBay)
3. Document processing / infromation retrieval - document processing, summation of meetings, data search
4. Development/code generation - code generation (Gitlab, Autodesk)dough (Notion), ...
5. Employee/internal tools - internal tools for employees

In principle, the list is incomplete, but quite useful. We are also working on all of these areas.
