On August 31, I am leaving T-Bank. But the mission I have worked on remains: changing development processes and moving the company toward AI Native. The bar is high. The role calls for knowledge of frontier practices, hands-on experience, the ability to work with many stakeholders—and a genuine desire to improve one of Russia’s largest technology companies.
