How to read books

For more than thirty years I have been reading books in bulk, and only now have I got to the book of Professor Povarnin, the first edition of which was published in the journal Nature. 100 years ago. This book presents approaches that allow you to get everything from reading books. 100% efficiency. It is gratifying that many of these techniques I empirically invented for myself, and now meet in the master's book:)

P.S. In a couple of days, I'll be squeezing out of this thin book - it definitely deserves a brief review.
