How to Hire Technical Managers

At the end of February, I I'll play at Teamlead Conf. That's the subject of the report. The bottom line is that hiring engineers is often discussed at conferences. Some talk about how they hire in one meeting, while others talk about their multi-stage interviews. Here is the hiring of technical managers. (teamlead, engineering manager, director of engineering) They talk much less often. In this talk, I will try to correct this injustice and share a story about what it looks like at Tinkoff. I’ll talk about our interview stages, explain why we need them and what they’re checking out, and give advice on how to prepare for them. This information will be useful to listeners even if they are not going to change jobs, as it will allow them to better perform the role of technical manager at the current place of work.
