How to catch humor by the tail

#Humor #NonFiction

This book by Elena Borshcheva, a famous squirrel from Pyatigorsk, is written in a very pleasant manner with humor and self-irony. The whole book is filled with small stories that allow the author to illustrate his approach to humor. The book contains clear rules of humor and a large number of exercises that allow them to practice. These are the rules.

  • The Cambeck rule, or the rule of repetition
  • Prank.
  • Captain Obvious.
  • His Majesty the Paradox.
  • Exaggeration. (hyperbole)
  • Transfer or comparison
  • Arrow transfer
  • The banter effect.
  • Clownade.
  • The rule of the model - what a joke looks like
  • Rule of progression.
  • The rule of contrast
  • The pun rule.

In general, the book is useful and easy to read. Yesterday I started reading it before going to bed, and today I finished reading it on the way to work:)
