The Psychology of UX • Fabio Pereira • GOTO 2022
It's speech Fabio Pereira at the goto conference is dedicated to looking at UX from a behavioral economics perspective. The author was once a developer, then became interested in this topic, researched it for some time. 2019 year he published a bookDigital Nudge"In which he talked about how nudging works in the digital world." Speaking of the talk itself, it’s about how to design the user journey in our digital services for the benefit of our customers, knowing about people’s cognitive biases. And how not to use this knowledge to the detriment of dark patterns. In his speech, the author recalls the Kahneman with "Thinking Fast & Slow" (I already mentioned this book. here) Dan Ariely, author of Predictably Irrational (I was thinking about his other book and course. post)
