How to become more productive in IT, if you have already pumped your hard (Category Management)

I can’t say that I like to talk purely about software, but this conference is organized by my friend, Andrei Smirnov, the author of the podcast.Frontend WeekendWhere am I? walked I visited last year. In the end, I decided to tell you something from a series of qualities and skills that are important for everyone: for cool engineers and for aspiring marketers. This list is included. Ability to plan your time (If you are lucky enough to have your team.) Ability and willingness to take responsibility (And the main thing is to bring difficult things to the end.) Communication skills with colleagues and contractual capacity (this part often fades) Self-motivation and motivation skills of others (However, if you understand the issue, then external motivation is rather stimulation.)

In general, after pumping hard to the maximum, often the so-called software becomes very important. Therefore, I will first talk about hards, which are important for IT students, and then share my recipes on how to be more effective from the point of view of software:)
