12 November 19:00 I'm doing an open mentoring session on SouthHub. Menti will be chosen by the organizers of the channel SouthHub and submit request Anyone can participate. A mentoring request may be for one of the following topics:

  • How to pick an org. Design teams for business tasks: how to understand what is required, how to organize teams. How to build processes in teams – discovery & delivery, architectural processes and reliability processes How to measure the effectiveness of processes - what metrics are there and how much they can be trusted. How to make big changes in big companies.
  • How to work on a technical brand in parallel with the main work.

The session itself will be available as a video southhub.
