kaliningrad (Koenigsberg)

I flew to Kaliningrad last night. This is my first visit to the city, so right after checking in at Crystal House, I decided to take a walk. Near the hotel there is a beautiful park with a pond and walkways for walking and biking - a very pleasant place. Just north of the park is the Upper Pond with beautiful views and catamarans for those who want to see views from the middle of the pond:) On the shore there was a grilled cafe "Ogonek", where they cook excellent meat and fish. In fact, this cafe became a destination where we managed to eat and move back. I will be here for a few more days and will visit the main attractions, but I can already say that I like the city so far:)
