Once upon a time I read Malcolm Gladwell’s book Geniuses and Outsiders, who decided to understand the components of success.
Moreover, he approached the issue more broadly than in books describing the successful success of businessmen, techies, athletes, etc. The book itself is quite interesting reading, as it contains interesting and instructive stories from around the world and even from different eras. As you read this book, I want you to think about this: If we could imagine how deeply rooted the causes of success are, and how powerfully outstanding people depend on circumstances, how much better and fairer our world would be.
