Confa architecture in Leman Tech (Category Architecture)

Today I participated in a panel discussion at the Leman Tech Architecture Confession. (It's the IT company of former Leroy.)where we discussed the following issues 1. Managing Architectural Change in a Rapidly Changing World 2. Complex cases of architecture: what to do when everything is not as it should be? 3. Architectural repository: how to make it a tool for everyone?
4. Architect as a mediator between business and IT: how to speak the same language? 5. Effective management of architectural change: from idea to implementation

In the discussion, we mentioned many different topics and specifically the book.The Software Architect Elevator"The Gregor Hohpe I'm talking about." wrote earlier. The point was that the architect should not take off from the ground and go away in fantasy on the N-th floor of his tower, but should be close to the ground and go down to the engine room, where engineers work. It is funny that after the end of the confa, the speakers were given gifts in the bag "Do it yourself", where there were screwdrivers. In general, I understood the hint that words should not be at odds with deeds and I will definitely use this tool:)
