The little prince (The little prince)

Re-read this book by Antoine de Saint-Exupery in the new publication from MYTH in visual interpretation format by Claudia Bordin and in classical translation by Nora Gal. The illustrations in this edition are very good - they fit perfectly into this allegorical tale of friendship, separation, humanity, loyalty and love. As I read the book, I remember the classic quotes from this book:

• It's good where we're not.
• There's no perfect world! All adults were children at first, but few of them remember it.
• You're forever responsible for the man you tamed. Words only interfere with understanding each other.
• Eyes are blind. Look for the heart. The book is an obligatory classic, which is pleasant to read both for children and for yourself - it is very wise and kind.

As you read it, you remember the life of the author, who gave many years to civil aviation. Then, during World War II, he joined the French army and piloted military aircraft. In 1942 The year he published the book “The Little Prince”, and two years later he went from the Borgo airfield on the island of Corsica on a reconnaissance flight, from which he did not return. Somehow this fate echoes the end of the fairy tale about the little prince.

P.S. There is another quote that I really like. "Perfection is not achieved when there is nothing to add, but when nothing can be taken away." It's very relevant when thinking about architecture.
