Cool. speech from my former colleague, Stanislav Chalupa. I think about this talk quite often in the context of how the engineering culture in Tinkoff has changed. Stas was very cool, but he didn't speak so often.) In this speech, Stas was funny about how we went through the stages of the Bank.> Internal start-ups -> Ecosystems. And how these milestones drove the development of DevOps within our company. This report is a couple of years old and since then we’ve made progress on building an internal development platform, but the reasons and goals for the transformations in the report are excellent.
