Meet For Charity

Started today. Meet for Charity charity auction, where a meeting with me is offered as a lot:)

The auction format is as follows

• for the winner of the auction, I will take a short tour of the Tinkoff office and then we will chat at lunch in our shopping center Vodny
• the funds collected following the auction will be sent to the Thread of Good Fund

In general, I am ready to discuss various topics, such as: Why should business and IT be on the same page? What effective development processes look like and why they depend on the size and life cycle of the company and product. How to build architectural processes in the company; How to Hire Strong Engineers (Developers, QA engineers, etc.); How the emergence of artificial intelligence has changed the landscape of the development market. But if the winner has a topic to discuss, I will try to discuss it:)

P.S. And a little bit of the formal part about me: I have been working at Tinkoff for almost seven years and I am CTO of Tinkoff Customer Interfaces, Marketing and Engagement Unit. Prior to that, he managed to be the head of the development team at Bank.ru and Woman.ru. He was once a software development engineer, and before that he managed to finish Phystech. (MIPT)

P.P.S. Plus, I will give the winner a book by Oleg Tinkov “Revolution”. How to Build the World’s Largest Online Bank, one chapter of which tells the story of a customer acquisition machine I had a hand in building:)
