Over the weekend, I read an interesting book on leadership, Executive presence, by Sylvia Ann Hewlett. However, in Russian "Executive Presence" was translated as the image of the leader, which does not seem to fully convey the idea of the author:) I decided to read the book after the leadership module. This module was in our MBA program, which I talked about earlier. The book “Executive presence” seemed to me understandable and useful, so I decided to write a brief review of it. In the first chapter, the author delineates the image of the leader into three components.

• How do you behave? (gravitas)
• Like you say. (communication)
• What do you look like? (appearance) And then in a separate chapter digs deep into each ... details at the link below.
