Don't be late, Bear! (L'Ours contre la montre)

#ForKids #Time

I read this book to my son, who is still a child. 2.5 years. The key idea of this book is to teach children the basics of time management:) At the very beginning of the book, we learn in verse about a bear that lives in an ordinary family, goes to school and generally resembles a first-grader rather than a bear:) This bear at the beginning of the book is late everywhere: to come to school on time, to get to the right lesson, to get to lunch and even to the bus to go home. But then Dad teaches the bear the minute clock, and how to count the time with the hands. Then they come to the schedule for the week by day. Then the bear begins to succeed everywhere, but is overwhelmed and at the end of the book the author tells how he gets out of the burnout stage:)

In general, a fun book that can be read to children of different ages and everyone will understand: The smallest can follow the misadventures of the bear An older child can get an idea of how time is measured and how the dial works.

  • and high school. (at least) You will be able to plan and schedule your workload:)
