Review of the white paper "Improving Design Reviews at Google"

I recently found another white paper from the guys at Google talking about their processes. This time it was a design review process and how they increased its efficiency. Interestingly, we at Tinkoff are also working on creating a clear and predictable design process for writing RFC/ADR. So I read it with great interest. document, written by Celal Ziftci and Ben Greenberg, and later wrote a brief review of his blog. The main results of the study are given in the attached figure.
