Podcast with ITBizRadio about tech executives at Tinkoff
I recently went to visit ITBizRadio to talk about tech executives in Tinkoff and showed up yesterday. record this edition channelmen (I recommend to subscribe to the channel - the guys take cool interviews with interesting speakers). If we go back to our communication, we had a great conversation about how IT works in Tinkoff, what processes look like, what technical managers we have, what their area of responsibility is. We also discussed how we hire them and what competencies and skills we test. And we ended up talking about the role of the architect:)
