Another birthday of mine.

I'm turning today. 38 Over the years, I decided to remember what I had done in my life. In kindergarten, I planned to quickly finish it and move on to something more interesting. At the end of kindergarten, I went to chess school and thought that one day I would become a grandmaster, but in the end I went to school. 7 The class realized that they would not and finished playing chess. In school, I was able to do everything easily, I went to the Olympics in almost all subjects. (But the best was mathematics, physics, chemistry.)But I didn't go to the lyceum in time, so in high school I didn't keep up with students from top schools. From school, I took an interest in a bunch of areas that I follow through scientific pop. By the end of school, I decided to go to Phystech and planned to become a scientist. I entered Phystech, but already at university I realized that I could not become a top scientist - there were guys at the university who easily solved what I had to sit over. Finally, I decided I had to go to work:) Since then, I have had the desire to defend my PhD:) In my third year, I went to work and became a software developer engineer. (SDE) And I thought I'd be good at it, and in principle, I got to the senior level of growth, but it wasn't clear how to develop. From this stage, I still have a love of architecture and software design. When I was already an experienced SDE, I decided to go into management of the development team and became a team leader. The transition to this role required self-training in management, soft skills, psychology, public speaking and God knows what else.

  • I've been bigger since. 10 I have been in charge of development for years and it seems that it is in this role that I can combine all my interests together - curiosity, a wide range of interests and a scientific approach allow me to achieve results as a leader:)
