About a year ago, I read a book called Superproductive by Michael Alistair.
I wouldn’t actually read a book with that title, but...myth books rarely disappoint me. In the end, I gave the book a chance and for good reason:) The author describes his approach to personal life in 20 The chapters and describes it well. For example, here are the topics. Project planning of your destiny
- setting goals correctly
- collection and analysis of information Use mindmaps to increase productivity Use of chess in terms of developing thinking Using scrum and kanban to work on tasks Importance of measurability of movement on projects and to the set goals Basic rules of time management Pareto rule to prioritize tasks that will bring maximum benefit the importance of eliminating losses (Lean production concepts) Advantages of automation of activities The importance of forming and following the right habits Multitasking is not about many tasks at once, but one task after another.) Meaningful approaches to sleep, nutrition and morning ritual n The importance of taking responsibility for your future To achieve results you need to want very much The importance of investing both financially and internally
In general, I didn’t find anything in the book about superproductivity, but many things I’ve been using myself for a long time and they work.
P.S. Sometimes the author oversimplifies and it becomes obvious that he overcame his desire to be a perfectionist.
