Pasha and Dad (#ForKids)

My younger son Kirill and I read this book of sketches from an ordinary family’s life, with preschooler Pasha, his mum, and his dad. I really enjoyed it. Unlike many other books, the mum is almost absent here, and we see the relationship between a fairly independent Pasha and his father. Scenes fly past: visiting the circus, cleaning the house, playing at work, traveling, dad being ill, and baking a celebration cake for mum. It is a very pleasant book to read; I recommend it.
P.S. I bought it because my older son is called Pasha, but I did not spend that much time with him. When he was about the same age as the book’s protagonist, his mother and I separated, and my Pasha stayed with her. Now I am making up for lost time with Kirill. Pasha has grown up and is studying at university :)
