I will continue yesterday’s topic, devoted to the discussion of how to properly learn with the book “The spiral of learning” by Mitchell Reznick about approaches to the development of creativity. Lifelong Kindergarten: Cultivating Creativity through Projects, Passion, Peers, and Play. The author leads a group of researchers at MIT who gave the world the Scratch language and participated in the creation of Lego Mindstorms.
The book begins with the chapter “Creative Learning”, in which the author outlines the opinion that the greatest invention of mankind is a kindergarten, which uses the approach of learning through creativity. Interestingly, the first kindergarten was created in the 1837 Friedrich Fröbel introduced a new format of education.
