Five years ago, I read The Phoenix Project in almost one sitting because I literally couldn't stop reading it.) The book is written in the genre of a production novel and is similar to the book "The Purpose". ("Goal") or Critical Chain. ("Critical Chain") Goldratta. However, here the main actions take place not in the factory, but in the habitat of it’s employees of Parts Unlimited.

From what I liked:

  1. recognizable entourage and problems:)

  2. easy and exciting presentation of material

  3. Good thoughts and correct conclusions From what I didn't like:

  4. very slow main characters and a long movement to the final conclusions

  5. The main thing in the book is the guru of right process Eric, who is not of this world:) In general, the book is definitely worth reading.
