A group of colleagues and I are conducting a study on The formation and development of a new professional identity. For the practical part, we chose professions related to product management. If you have recently switched to such a profession, are in the process of transition or are planning it, I invite you to take part in our psychoanalytic group "How to take your place in the profession."

Examples of issues that may arise: Everyone around you says you’re a product manager, and you don’t say that to yourself. You want to be a product manager, but you don’t. (for different reasons); You already work in product management, but you don’t understand who you are in your current role at work.

In the group, you will be able to explore your state and internal processes, share your feelings, look for support for moving forward.

Composition of the group - 12-15 man Duration of meeting - 2 hour Meetings will be online on Saturdays. 6 meetings 1 once a week.

Before the start of the group, an individual meeting with one of the consultants will be held. (1 hour) To get acquainted with the method and with each other.

All information is strictly confidential and will be anonymized as part of the study.
