Head of Development at LLM Platform (AI column)

At T-Bank, we are actively working to create Gen AI applications that are becoming the new de facto standard, as cloud native applications once were. And these Gen AI applications need their own platform. (Similar to K8s for cloud native). We've got one right now. position This platform will provide a set of tools for introducing language models into ecosystem products. The goal is to provide a constructor for creating AI assistants that does not require deep immersion in the LLM.

The platform includes tools for

• Creating RAG (retrieval augmented generation),
• Building assistants
• To assess their quality The plan to expand the use of LLM solutions includes Achieving the quality targets of platform elements Adding integration with the company’s internal services Providing data to the platform as ready-made piplins Providing a set of models for different user tasks All these tasks are already being fulfilled to some extent, but the leader still has a lot of work to do.
• 40Product teams within the ecosystem use the platform
• We have a team. 3 product manager and 15 engineer (backend, frontend, QA)

The platform’s engineering manager is expected to work Defining strategy and platform architecture

• Team leadership 20+ Engineers and MLE Scaling product to the de facto standard for Gen AI in the ecosystem Providing SLA pltaform sufficient for business-critical systems Implement engineering best practices including qa, performance, observability
