Today I'm going to talk about the book "Corporate Tribe." (“The corporate tribe”)

The second title of this book, “What Anthropologist Can Teach a Tom Manager,” is a good description of the contents of a book written by two anthropologists who went into consulting and began helping to effect change in organizations. I decided to read this book after completing my MBA Leadership module, which I discussed earlier in an article about the joint Insead and Tinkoff program. In this program, we looked at the issue of implementing change and the fact that it often stumbles on the culture of the company. Culture eats strategy for breakfast. (Peter Drucker.)
