Today I decided to recall the excellent and most importantly simple book of the book “Visualize work”. (“Making Work Visible”).
It’s about improving workflows and can serve as an introduction to Kanban’s approaches that show their usefulness on the fingers. This simplicity and clarity has come to me to such an extent that I once wrote a short sammari from this book.
The book consists of three parts dedicated to
- time-stealer
- detection
- Metrics that will allow you to assess how effective your fight against them is.
