Hiring engineers is often discussed at conferences. Some talk about how they hire in one meeting, while others talk about their multi-stage interviews. Here is the hiring of technical managers. (teamlead, engineering manager, director of engineering) They talk much less often. In this report, I redress this injustice and at the end share a list of recommended materials presented below.
