Meeting of CTO-CPO club Avito 25 May
Yesterday. meeting CTO meeting from Avito, where we gathered order 50 man. We played an interesting "Business Breakthrough" game in which we divided into teams and looked for solutions for two situations. To come up with solutions within the game, we were given a framework that throws creative ideas that you can try to apply to solve the problem. As a result, our team resolved these two situations as follows:
- In case of uncertainty, when no one understands anything, we decided to honestly tell the company’s employees about the lack of strategy and understanding, to say that our strategy becomes continuous, the planning horizon shrinks to a day and then we quickly and effectively respond to changes by a friendly team that fire, water and copper pipes have already passed before:) Here we applied a hint from the “Power of Chaos” map and simply acknowledged its presence and adjusted;
- In the case of ensuring the quality of development, we used the tips from the cards "Accept life" and "At the bottom" and came to the idea with the motto "Buy quality, which you deserve" and decided to develop a product with different tariff plans with different quality levels, starting with the product, which reads its wishes GPT-4 And it gets a product, up to a full development team:) Both solutions were creatively generated by the team as business breakthrough ideas and then presented in stand-up form:) After the game, we talked and discussed various topics on the terrace overlooking the Kremlin, and then left a smaller group to continue the discussion in the hookah:)
P.S. This kind of in-person meetings gives me a lot more insight than standard conferences, which I like. Thank you to all Avito for organizing the meeting of the club and personally Ekaterina Zagumennova.
