But there is an opinion that everyone needs variety - so today I will continue with a story about manga and specifically about the book "Entertaining Computer Science". Cryptography. Manga. The ease of format is partially compensated by the theme of the book - the authors, experts in the field of mathematics and communication, talk about cryptography. The book was originally written around 10 It is not as fresh as it could be:) The following points relate to the merits of the book:

• detective story (It helps to keep attention on the development of cryptographic methods.) Easy language and simple and understandable explanations The book is not overloaded with details. (The basics of cryptography, single key cipher, public key cipher and practical use of cipher in practice are considered) In general, the book is perfect for those who want to understand the basics, but do not want to immerse themselves in a detailed and in-depth study of cryptography, mathematics and all this:)

P.S. If you have a good knowledge of mathematics and how encryption works, then you will only have to enjoy an unassuming detective story woven into the above topics. In my experience, most of the book contained too little new information for me.
