I've read a lot of books in my life, mostly interesting books, but the most exciting books in the field of people management were those of Michael Lopp. This author has the gift of storyteller and he uses it to blog. And sometimes a set of posts related to one topic turns into a work of large form, like the book indicated in the title:) “The Art of Leadership” is the second in the series, and the first was “Managing Humans,” which opened up to this author and which I’ll talk about next time.
