In recent years, Tinkoff has grown explosively, resulting in many changes: organizational, product and engineering. I’ve been with the company for seven years now and I’ve not only seen the changes, but also participated in many of them from the IT side, many of which I’ve talked about publicly at conferences and in my articles. But in this talk, I'd like to go back to the basics and talk about the principles of team design and management structure that have helped me all along. Plus, I'd like to share some examples of how I'm using them now in redesigning the structure of my nearly a thousand-person unit:)
