This is the third and final book to date about the adventures of Mr. Tiger, Betsy, and all of their friends we remember from the previous couple of books: We're dating Betsy, who's going to visit Mirta, her mermaid mom. Her dad, Alfonso, is busy renovating to make his house more rustic-friendly. Underwater, Betsy meets her mother's friends and learns the sad story of a seahorse.

Mr. Tiger arrives to the dad, who says that the wedding of Princess Albee and Septimus from the second book will happen earlier and therefore Betsy and her friends are waiting on the island of Gongalong early.
... In general, the story as usual is interesting twisting, but this time it ends with a wedding in style and they lived happily ever after. By the way, the narrator in all three books is not Betsy, Mr. Tiger and anyone else, but the Alphabet letters themselves, which tell stories about what happens outside the world map.

P.S. My first-grader son really liked the whole series and we read it in bedtime story format in a few weeks. For those interested in the series, I would like to note that 1 and 2 I’ve already read books in separate posts.
