Tonight, 18:00 We will be in Moscow. stream This book is part of the Code of Architecture Club. We will be visiting Pavel Pritchin, STO Dodo Engineering. Prior to that, Pavel was a .NET-developer, lead tech.team and PO in the product "Platform". He also created SRE commands, developed SLO systems and worked on reliability.

We will discuss the fifth and sixth chapters and conclude the second part of Creating the Strategy.

▪️V fifth chapter We will discuss the patterns for analyzing the situation in the company:

Stakeholder Alignment and RACI These patterns will help you understand: • who are the stakeholders of our strategy; Who will be responsible for it, participate in the implementation or who will simply need to be “keep informed”;

Life Cycle Stage and Value Chain Patterns will help to analyze the overall state of the organization: • at what stage of the life cycle it is located; • What the value chain looks like.

With them, we can focus our strategy on those moments that will bring maximum effect. (More money, less expenses, etc.) — Growth-Share Matrix, Core-Innovation Wave, Investment Map Patterns will help evaluate the products within our company: which ones bring money, but do not grow anymore, and which, as it turns out, grow well, but require investment. Also, the tools will allow you to understand how to spend a limited budget: what to invest in and what not to invest at all.
