Not long ago. wrote It's about John Henessy's book on leadership, which attracted me with Bill Gates' quote, "An indispensable guide for every leader." The book was so interesting to me that I wrote it. book-bookThe one that took everything apart. 10 chapters of the book that deal with the following topics  The first four chapters describe the fundamental principles: modesty, sincerity, readiness for service, empathy.  Chapter Five describes the courage that connects these principles to the way organizations are transformed.  Chapters six to ten describe methods and practices for transforming an organization: collaboration, innovation, curiosity, storytelling, creating sustainable change.
