In this book, Karsten Bredemeyer elaborates on the themes they touched upon in Black Rhetoric, which I have already written about. recall. In fact, in this book, the author considers:

• ways to prevent confrontation Other techniques of resourceful dicussion How to maintain readiness to repel the impact
• training resourcefulness and wit
• ways to use appeals effectively

Among the constructive techniques, the author highlights the following 3: Reaction at the subject level - Touch (topic)Turn around. (conversation)Come to terms. Reaction on an emotional level - an emotional yellow card Meta-level reaction - Bredemeier response (modesty)When you leave the subject and emotional level and the topic of conversation becomes your interlocutor and his behavior.

P.S. The book is interesting, but if you've read his own Black Rhetoric, then this book will make you feel déjà vu:)
