Classification of managerial roles by Henry Mintzberg

In the continuation of the story about organizational behavior, I wanted to say that we analyzed the roles of managers according to Henry Mintzberg, among which he distinguished. 3 categories 10 separate roles. Below is a diagram of the interaction of the types of these roles, as well as a list of the roles themselves, grouped by category. In principle, the leader plays these roles depending on the situation, but some of these roles are given to him easier / more difficult. It is good to understand your strengths/weaknesses. An effective leader is someone who switches depending on the context.
