Today I finished reading a book with the intriguing title “God, Quantum Physics, Organizational Structure and Management Style”, written by two Lithuanian writers and business consultants – Radkevičius Darius and Staniulis Thomas. The main idea of the book echoes the previous book I read, The Will to Lead:) Both books deal with the shift from hierarchical organization to self-organizing teams. But in this book, hierarchy is represented as a pyramid, and self-organization as a circle. It draws parallels between business and science, the head of the company and the cosmonaut, the church and the army as an example for the first large companies. It can be noted that the authors think quite interesting and boring when reading it exactly will not, but will end up with the theory of limitations, boar and work on the flow of information, goods and services, as well as the flow of cash.
