So I read and reviewed Marvin Bauer’s book, “The Will to Lead: Running a Business With a Network of Leaders,” which is translated into Russian as “A Course in Leadership.” An alternative to a hierarchical system of company management.” The author of this book is one of the founders of McKinsey & Company, and in this book he shares his concept of organizational structure, namely management through a community of leaders. The first edition of the book was in 1997 I have been reading the fourth edition. 2017 years. It is still mostly relevant, but some of the approaches mentioned in it are already firmly established in our lives and seem to be something basic and familiar.
