Last week I visited Maxim Morozov, the leading "Digitalization of Business" on the ProBusiness channel, as well as the CEO of Aston. We discussed different topics: How to work in the largest digital bank in Russia What challenges have we faced recently? What technologies affect the financial industry (There is nothing new here: blockchain + LLMs) Why we need RnD and how we turn research into technology products for ourselves and for the market A little bit about how we hire people and how we raise them with Tinkoff Education.
